About Shah Meer — Full Stack Developer & Software Engineer

I am Shah Meer (also known online as Shaimo and shahmeer-pro), a Software Engineer and Computer Science scholar at the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore. I engineer scalable distributed backends, clean APIs, resilient data structures, and intuitive modern web interfaces.

Academic Foundation & Institution

Formal Rigor Meets Practical Systems

Degree

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (BS CS)

Focusing on Algorithms, Operating Systems, Database Management, Distributed Architecture, and Artificial Intelligence.

Institution

University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore

Session: 2023 — 2027Lahore, Pakistan

Engineering Philosophy & Journey

My programming foundation began in low-level systems programming with C++. Crafting custom memory allocators, graph algorithms, and zero-STL engines like SwiftEx instilled an appreciation for mechanical sympathy—understanding CPU cache behavior, pointer indirection costs, and asymptotic bounds.

As software systems moved toward distributed cloud deployments, I expanded into Python, FastAPI, Docker, and PostgreSQL. My approach emphasizes architectural simplicity: decoupling workloads through asynchronous worker pools (Celery, Redis Streams) while keeping database transactions deterministic and performant.

On the frontend, I leverage Next.js 15 App Router, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS to craft responsive, accessible, and typography-first web applications.
